Shipping Policy

1. Packaging

Products are packaged using paper-based materials only. We do not use insulation, protective fillers, or preservation packaging beyond this.

2. Processing & Shipping Time

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

3. Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order (address, items, quantity), please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make updates before the order has entered processing.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: All domestic orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.00.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Typical delivery takes 7–10 business days depending on destination.

  • Orders $50 and above qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Free shipping applies exclusively to retail-quantity orders intended for personal use.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Upon shipment, responsibility transfers to the customer. JÜS is not liable for:

- Delivery delays caused by carriers

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

- Theft, loss, or damage after delivery

- Weather or environmental conditions affecting delivery

The customer is responsible for tracking shipments and retrieving packages promptly. If a package is returned to us, reshipment fees may apply.

6. International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is unavailable.

7. Bulk & High-Volume Orders

Larger orders require special handling to ensure safe delivery, accurate fulfillment, and fair pricing.

To maintain our product quality and operational efficiency:

  • Orders exceeding 24 units, weighing more than 20 lbs, or priced above $300 may not qualify for free shipping.

  • These orders may incur bulk-shipping charges, which vary based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

  • Bulk orders may be shipped via freight, multi-parcel shipments, or alternative carriers depending on size and location.

  • For any order meeting these criteria, we will contact you prior to fulfillment with a custom shipping quote for approval.
