2. Potency Timeline

JÜS Cleansing Spray remains safe and stable. Its botanical ingredients may lose potency after 12 months, which is natural and expected. Potency reduction is not considered a defect and does not qualify for replacement or refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Resolution is solely at the discretion of JÜS.
