I’m Jake Garcia, founder of JÜS.

I’m a New Yorker, and JÜS is made in Brooklyn.

For over a decade, I’ve worked behind the scenes in fashion and media, in rooms where the lighting tells the truth and every seam has a standard. It’s a world built on proximity. Skin up close. Fabric against heat. Bodies in motion. And in that intimacy, I started noticing something quietly destructive. Deodorants, both conventional and “natural,” were leaving their mark. Irritating skin, staining garments, and breaking down the very fibers designed to last.

I believed there had to be another way.

JÜS was born from that question. It is a botanical cleansing spray designed to work with the body, not against it. No waxes. No aluminum. No heavy oils. No residue.

This is not about masking. It is about balance.

I consider myself a steward of this formula, drawing from Japanese, German, and Mexican traditions of botanical cleansing that shaped my upbringing.

JÜS is an invitation to return to something more honest.
